If the parties do get married within ninety days of the fiance(e)'s
arrival, the fiance(e) will be issued a conditional green card. Any accompanying
minor child(ren) will enjoy the same treatment.
If the parties do not marry within ninety days, the fiance(e) will
be required to leave this country. Failure to depart will result in removal by the
INS. If there are any minor child(ren) of the fiance(e), they have to leave too.
