Can I change employer?

Yes, you can.  But you need to think it over and over before you finally decide to do so.  Your current H-1B visa is "owned" by the employer.  You lose legal status unless you have obtained another status.  If you want to work for another employer, you can start your job as soon as a new H-1B petition is filed.
