Application for extension of stay must be filed before your authorized stay expires. Warning: the expiration date is on your I-94 card, NOT on the visa stamp in your passport!

Any applications for changing to another legal status must be filed before your authorized stay expires.

We handle applications for extension of stay based on the following visa categories:

B-1 visitor or B-2 visitors

E-1 treaty traders or E-2treaty investors

H-1B professional workers

L-1 international company managers

O visa (People of extraordinary ability)

P visa (Athlete or entertainment)

If your authorized stay is going to expire soon, you need to contact us to save your legal status in the United States.
