1. Free telephone/email/in office consultation for all our former or existing clients (who had or have paid our office for immigration services now or in the past). 2. Free telephone/email evaluation of immigrant or nonimmigrant options available to potential clients (who intend to establish a client-attorney relationship now or in the future) after they have provided us their specific case facts and request for evaluation. 3. Free immigration seminars for foreign students on campus. If your case falls within any of above three categories, free of charges by this office.
1. Your case has already been handled by an attorney who are not working in this office, and you have some questions about your case. 2. Your case was done by yourself (Do It Yourself or DIY) or you intend to Do It Yourself or DIY, but you have a specific legal issue that you intend to see professional opinion on. 3. You are asking a "How to" question or questions that require our teaching or instructions on the applications that are not handled by this office. For example, you or your attorney are not sure about how to answer the questions on the application form or how to draft a requirement in the ad. 4. You are consulting on a case that is complex and requires considerable amount of time doing legal research or analysis. If your case falls within any one of above four categories, you should be expected to pay some nominal fees for our service.

We prefer credit card payment because it will shorten our response time and expedite our services. Step 3: We answer your questions!
