The Most Important Money Matter While client's satisfaction is our No. 1 consideration, fee is also the No. 1 matter we must make sure to tell you in the first place when you decide to retain our service. In another word, we will not take your case if we have not told you about the fees. We want our clients to understand how much they expect to pay: no hidden charges, no surprise, no frustration, no complaints. This is one of the reasons we have so many happy clients. Understand "Fees" When you ask a question like "how much do you charge to handle this case", we mostly tell you our attorney's fee, not all fees. Attorney's Fee is the fee charged by the attorney for his professional service (labor fee). Other fees include, but are not limited to, filing fees (application fees), advertising fee, long distance charges, postage, etc. Filing fees are the fees charged by US government agencies, like INS, DOS. Advertising fee is the publication fee for labor certification charged by the publishers of newspaper or professional journals. Long distance charges and postage are the costs associated with filing your petition. You should feel free to ask about these fees. We want you to know these fees because we do not want to take your money if the money is rendered not totally voluntarily, with NO regrets! What are our Attorney's Fees? We have different fee schedule for different cases. Please contact us for the specific rate quote on your individual case. How are these fees paid? "One payment" in above chart means that the fees
must be paid before we process your case. "Two payments" mean that Attorney's
fee can be paid in two installments. "Three payments" mean that Attorney's fee
can be paid in three payments. Each payment time will be set by Attorney and Client in
advance. Considering individual client's circumstances, we do, occasionally or case by case, make some exceptions to above payment schedule. If you feel you deserve special consideration, you need to discuss with our attorneys. Our Philosophy 1. We set our fees low because we believe all our clients
are entitled to quality legal service with affordable rate. How do you retain our service? Click our free services.
