The new PERM labor certification system takes effect on March 28,
2005. Our firm is one of the few pioneering law offices that have
successfully filed the labor certification applications under the new
completely re-engineered PERM online system. While the majority
immigration lawyers are still waiting or asking their clients to wait and
see what happens to the PERM system, Xie Law Offices has become an expert
in the new PERM labor certification applications. We have successfully
filed dozens of labor certifications and got those applications approved
except for those still pending. We have had only one application in which
the PERM system denied it within seconds of the filing due to our
inadvertently filing in a wrong date, we re-file it and got it certified.
