USCIS Announces 8 Hour Suspension of E-filing on Friday 7/27

USCIS has announced on its website that it will take the e-filing system down for maintenance on Friday, July 27th, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Eastern time. AILA liaison has contacted USCIS to express concern about the timing of this in conjunction with the fee change and the need to file non-labor certification based I-140s prior to August 1.
