VSC Transfers 5,000 I-129 Petitions and 22,000 I-130 Petitions

Due to high workload surges, the VSC recently transferred 5,000 Petitions for Nonimmigrant Workers (Form I-129) to the TSC and 22,000 Petitions for Alien Relatives (Form I-130) to the CSC. If you receive a notice from the TSC or CSC regarding a case initially filed with the VSC, you should direct any questions regarding your case to the service center that issued the last notice.
