How much will I pay for these petitions?

Basically, the filing fee for an adoption petition is $405. Fingerprint fee is $25. The fees may be much higher if you want to adopt more than one child, or you decide to file orphan petition in addition to your advance adoption petition or for other reasons.   Our attorney fee is $1000 extra.
