| USCIS has just approved one of the I-140 immigrant petition
filed by this office for one of our clients. The approval process
has taken only 9 days from the filing to the approval. The approval
made our past record of 16 days'
approval become a history and made a new record in our firm's fastest
approved case history. We welcome this approval as the new year gift
that USCIS has sent us and this fast approval symbolizes the beginning of
another lucky year for this office and all our clients!
This is a special handling case for a college professor. We filed
the special handling labor certification with the DOL on October 21, 2004.
The labor certification was certified on November 26, 2004. We filed the I-140 petition with USCIS on January 6, 2005. The
approval was sent to us on January 15, 2005: 9 days only from the filing
