If you have L-1A visa (Multinational executives and managers), we can apply for green card for you.  You are exempt from the labor certification requirement. Our firm represents foreign executives and managers who come to the United States to start up a new branch or subsidiary of the foreign parent company or who are transferred from the foreign company to its U.S. operations by large international corporations based in the U.S. or abroad.  

 

To be qualified for green card, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Your company has been in operation.

2. Your parent company is in operation and the relationship between the parent company and your company still exists.

3. You have been in L-1A visa for more than one year and you can show that the business needs you to continue your service.

Please note: To be admitted as an immigrant, a multinational executive or manager must have been employed in a managerial or executive or executive capacity for at least one out of the past three years. The past employment must be with the same employer, an affiliate, a parent or a subsidiary.
