Who is an "H-1B dependent" employer?
An employer who has 25 or fewer "full time equivalent" employees employed in
the United States and employs more than seven H-1B nonimmigrant workers.
or
AN employer who has 26 to 50 full time equivalent employees employed in the U.S. and
employs more than 12 H-1B workers.
or
An employer who has 51 or more full time equivalent employees employed in the U.S. and
employs H-1B nonimmigrant workers equal to 15 percent of its full time equivalent
employees.
