4. We email you the Agreement with other instructions.

5. You print out the Agreement, sign it and send it with the documents and fee payment to us.

6. We prepare all necessary forms and documents and send them to you or your employer for review and signature

7. We file it with the Department of Labor for certification.

8. We file it with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

9. We send you and your employer the official Approval Notice.

10. We answer other questions you and your employer may have.

For Service on employment-based Green Card Petition

1. Email us your resume for free evaluation.
