New Prevailing Wage Standard?

Has the new rule established a new standard for prevailing wage determination?

Since the rule requires that the Department of Labor (DOL) provide at least four wage levels commensurate with experience, education and the level of supervision, it actually indicates the experience, education and the level of supervision will be the criteria for the wage consideration.
