What kind of recruitments is required under PERM?

The PERM divides the labor certification applications into two groups in terms of recruitment requirements. For nonprofessional positions, employers are required to place a job order with the State Workforce Agency and run two newspaper advertisements on two Sunday newspapers. If the position is a professional position, Employers are also required to conduct three additional types of recruitment from a supplemental list of recruiting methods.
