Notice of finding or Audit letter ?

Will Notices of Findings exit under PERM rule?

Notices of Findings (NOFs) are replaced by an audit letter under the PERM rule. Audit letters will be sent if the DOL believes that there may be a problem with the case or if the case is randomly selected for auditing.
