USCIS just announced the quota usage of H-1B for US advanced degree holders: As of April 16, USCIS has received Advanced Degree Exemption (FY 08)applications as follows: Of 20,000, 16,987 applications have been received:
5,097 approved
4,855 Beneficiaries Pending Petitions Receipted
7,035 Pending Petitions yet to be Receipted
