Update on Schedule A Visa Number Availability

In response to an AILA inquiry, the State Department provided this update on Schedule A visa number availability: We currently have approximately 20,000 Schedule A numbers remaining. I expect the category to remain "current" through the end of FY-2006. I will probably need to establish a cut-off date at some point during the first quarter of FY-2007.
