1. We do the "quality control" over your application.  Our immigration attorney will review your application package and make sure everything in your application is accurate.  In this sense, we act like the last-step quality control officer.  

We are the "compliance officers".  Our attorney will review your application package and make sure your application package is in compliance with the U.S. State Department requirements and regulations.  Not surprisingly, there are many applications rejected by the State Department for some minor technical errors on the applicants!  But those disqualified applicants have never known that what errors they made in their applications because the State Department notifies ONLY those winners!

We are the "mail dispatchers".  Under the State Department regulation, your application package must arrive within the four (4) week period, which means that your application will be automatically REJECTED if your application arrives before the starting date or after the ending date.  AND, it must be "first class mail only", which means that you cannot send your application package by registered, certified or express mail!  However, you can express your information to us, we mail your application package to the process center and request a Certificate of Mail for you!

We can increase your chance to win in some circumstances.  The green card lottery will be held at the same time for six (6) geographic regions (Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania and South America)  and your application will be submitted to one of the geographical regions.  Please note, each region is allocated a different number of green card visas and from each region a different number of applications were sent.   We may direct your application into a specific region in order to increase your chances of being selected if both you and your spouse submit the applications and you meet the requirements.

We provide you with general guidance and immigration consultation.  First, we will notify you of the receipt of your application by either email or telephone.  Second, we verify all the information with you and answer the questions you may have regarding the lottery application.  Third, we confirm with you that your application has been mailed, when mailed, where mailed and what proof.  Fourth, we provide immigration law assistance (for a small fee depending on a specific case) if you win the lottery!
