Follow the following steps:

1. Check to see if you are eligible or not eligible to participate in the green card lottery program.
2. If you are eligible, print and fill out this application form.
3. Double check the following list:

            Do you fill out every blank line?

            Do you sign the form?

            Do you put your recent photo in the envelop?

            Do you pay your processing fees by wire transfer or money order payable in U.S. dollar?

            Do you put our address correctly on the envelop?

VERY Important:

1. Have you put a recent 37mm x 37mm (1.5 inches X 1.5 inches) photo (preferably less than 6 months old) in the envelop?

2. Have you signed your customary name in the blank # 6?

          3. Have you put the processing fees into the envelop?            

Our processing fee is only $50 U.S. dollars for an individual applicant. (Your application will be timely processed as soon as the processing fees are received)

To receive an original official stamped "Certificate of Mailing" from the U.S. Post Office as proof of lottery submission,  please add $5 U.S. dollars for each application. 

    4.    Send your application package to us using the fastest and safest carrier.

    5.    Wait for our notification of receipt of your application.

    6.    Wait for our communications if we have any question (hopefully no).

    7.    Wait for good news from the United States State Department!

    8.    Contact us about how to immigrate to the United States of America when you receive notice from U.S. Department of State!
