Two More Fastest PERM Approvals: PERM Application Approved within 24 hrs!

We have just received two more PERM approvals that US Department of Labor certified within 24 hours after they were filed lately: One PERM was filed for an Assistant Professor of Mathematics. The employer (a university) did not run a printed ad in a national professional journal before the alien faculty member was offered the job. Thus the alien faculty member does not have a case under the Optional Special Recruitment procedure (formerly "Special Handling"), which is a much easier and faster process. So the employer has to go through the regular PERM process by conducting a new recruitment process and we file the PERM labor certification with Atlanta Processing Center on November 7, 2006. Another PERM was filed for an alien employee who is doing actuarial work at a private company. After the employer completed the necessary recruitment
activities, we prepared and filed the PERM labor certification for the employer on November 14, 2006. Chicago Processing Center certified our PERM labor
